We typically deliver your mailing to the Post Office on the date you requested. Since your campaign is being mailed using USPS Marketing Mail, they can take up to 30 days to deliver that class of mail by the Post Office. Within a day or two of us delivering your mailing to the Post Office, you will receive a call or email from a Sales Coordinator or your Account Executive notifying you that your mailing has been delivered to the Post Office.

Your mailing list is one the most important pieces of a successful fund raising campaign. List
sources vary and some are better than others. You can purchase a list through Municipal Marketing Services at a reasonable cost.
Using a purchased list, while not 100% accurate (as no list would be), would provide
you with a suitable starting point.
Talk to your Account Executive for other sources and pitfalls using certain types of mailing lists such as tax lists, voters list, etc.
If you already have a mailing list that you are happy with, great, send us a copy of it in Excel format or plain text and we can determine if it will work for your campaign.

Yes you can (as long as your account is in good standing.) We can send you your list in a plain text format so you can import it into Excel or any other program you want to use. If you prefer, you can also get your list in PDF format

If you are going to make changes, updates or add more addresses, the easiest way is to request a copy of your list. We will send it in a plain text format that you can import into Excel to make it easy to update. You will receive a copy of your file and instructions on how to import the file into Excel. It is very important that you follow the included instructions so that your mailing list stays in the he same format. DO NOT edit your file in something like Word or Notepad or any other text editor. Doing so will completely destroy the formatting of your file and could make it unusable!
